In respect to custom orders, this is 28 days over the specified date of completion.

All payments made through this web shop are collected through PayPal, which takes most major credit and debit cards and all payments are taken at time of purchase. As such, we do not store any credit card details nor share them with any third parties. Please do not send us any payment details to any of our contact details.
In the event we are unable to fulfil an order, due to insufficient stock or error, the customer will be notified of the delay and offered a refund or replacement if the delay is unsuitable.
A refund offered can take an estimated 7 working days to be processed, and up to a further 7 working days to clear banking systems. Refunds on Custom Orders will forfeit the deposit made at commencement of the order. This is to cover cost of materials needed to complete the order.
Placing an Order
It is possible to place orders with us via the website or face to face at any events we attend to trade at.
By submitting an order, you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying those goods.
While all orders are confirmed online with an autogenerated email, we reserve the right to decline your order. We will not be responsible for any losses you may suffer if we do not supply to goods.

If you are not happy with your goods, you have a fourteen working day cooling-off period in which to return the unwanted items. This begins the day after you receive your goods. The items must still be as new and returned to the address below at your cost. You will receive a refund for the cost of the items returned, but not shipping costs or any other additional charges. This does not apply to custom items. This is in accordance with your statutory rights.
Delivery and Returns
If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note of this on the courier’s delivery consignment note and contact us immediately.
If you take delivery of the wrong product please note this on the courier’s delivery consignment note and contact us immediately. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that what they are signing for is indeed being delivered.

Products delivered which are faulty or damaged should be notified within 14 days from the delivery date. We will arrange the uplift of the goods. Upon receipt and confirmation of the fault the customer will be offered a replacement, repair or refund. Please note that due to the nature of the items, a replacement can take up to 28 days for completion.
If the item returned is not deemed faulty or damaged the item will be retuned to you and you will be liable for both the uplift and return postage charges. This returns policy does not affect the buyer’s statutory rights.
We do not provide an exchange policy on non-faulty and wrongly purchased goods. If an item is returned for either of these reasons then we will return the item at the customers cost with no refund.
